The congressional Hispanic, Asian, and black caucuses have held meetings with Hillary Clinton’s transition team to present candidates for her Cabinet positions if she wins the presidency, The Hill reports. 

The Democratic candidate had pledged that her Cabinet would be 50 percent female, and the caucuses are looking for racial diversity.

A Clinton win would likely owe a debt to the minority constituents that are expected to back her instead of her Republican rival Donald Trump. The Hill reported on a number of possible candidates put forward by the caucuses.
